Pumpkin Pickin'

The first pumpkin patch wasn't enough for Mommy and Gabriella...we wanted more! =) I mean, you can only have pumpkin fun once a year! Here we are at a nearby pumpkin patch. Gabriella took about 2 mins to warm up...then she was off! She ran all over, seeming to have a mission. She explored all the different pumpkins, big and small, looking for just the right one.

Pumpkin Patch, Animal Farm, & Pizza!

Yeah, so October has been a super busy month for the Mendozas...in a good way, but I'm way behind posting, so here goes.
Kad and I took Gabriella to Carlton Farms for the first time. She loved petting and watching the farm animals, sorting through the pumpkins, and running free!

We almost went on a hayride...but it took too long to get started. Gabriella had time to explore the hay, then we were off for more animals!

This is absolutely my favorite picture of the day! My amazing husband is also an amazing daddy.

Gabriella's 16 Month Fall Photo Shoot

It's been a long time since we've done a "photo shoot" for Gabriella. At 16 1/2 months, we took advantage of a beautiful fall day and an early nap. These were taken just around our front yard before dusk. She loves exploring and being outside. I didn't realize how much more difficult it would be to get a good shot, being 6 months pregnant and chasing her around...haha! Here's what we ended up with:
