Little Miss Hiram

Well, it's been a while since I've been able to post. April has been SUCH a busy month for us! I tend to do several posts at once. Well, here is our life in a nutshell, from mid April to early May. Enjoy!

This weekend was Gabriella's 2nd pageant, Baby Miss Hiram. We entered her to give it another try (to see whether we liked 'the scene') AND b/c she already had the dress! It was fun too. Gabriella had a new bow/headband made by Noni. It was huge, but we loved it! Though we received what we wanted from the pageant (an interesting experience and cute memories), it will probably be her last...at least until she's older and decides she wants to. She did win "First Runner Up," "Most Photogenic," "Prettiest Eyes," and "Prettiest Smile." (But, Mommy could've told you that! hahaha)

Fun at Noni & Popi's house

Mommy and I stopped by Noni & Popi's house one day...just to play. Look at all we did on this rainy day!

I got to practice my walking skills...on their countertop of course!

I pointed out to Noni which colors I'd like her to use to make me a new bow! ;)

Then I pushed it. Good thing I had overalls on walkin' around on this slick floor!

I also got to send a few text mssgs. on Popi's Blackberry. I knew just how to do it...Noni let's me practice on hers.

Uncle Cam's Visit

Gabriella was SO excited (as we all were) about Uncle Cam visiting from Pheonix. He was able to come for a break during school. She loved seeing him again. As you can see, they were able to spend lots of time together, playing and bonding.

"That's It!" Tickling

One of our favorite things to do is hear Gabriella laugh! What better way than to tickle, tickle, tickle! Poor baby, we tickle her every diaper change. It's funny b/c sometimes she starts laughing just knowing she's about to be tickled! She's such a happy baby...we are so blessed.

Little Miss Dallas

The weekend after Easter, we entered Gabriella into her first pageant- Baby Miss Dallas. It was lots of fun, and quite an experience. It was cute seeing her in her pretty blue dress and Noni-made bow. Though it was just for fun, Gabriella did win "Prettiest Eyes". =)

Reading is good preparation for her "stage" performance. haha...

She was VERY into her books. =)

Playing Sure Makes a Girl Thirsty

Playing hard sure can make a girl work up a thirst! Not just playing, but drinking itself can make a girl thirsty. It's all hard work! (But it sure is fun to watch!)
